We are looking for a passionate and reliable Youth Worker to join our team and support young people in a safe, positive and engaging environment.
About the role:
As a Youth Worker, you will plan and deliver activities that support young people’s personal, social and emotional development. You will help create a welcoming space where young people feel listened to, valued and encouraged to reach their potential.
Key responsibilities:
Build positive, supportive relationships with young people
Plan and deliver engaging activities and sessions
Promote a safe, inclusive and respectful environment
Support young people with confidence, wellbeing and life skills
Work as part of a team and follow safeguarding policies at all times
