It's that time again people Triple Torture have our next two challenges. Within the next 67 days we have two full Marathons to complete 7th April Asics Manchester Marathon followed by the Milton Keynes Marathon 6th May. Totalling another 52.4 miles to try and raise much needed funds for the children of Manchester .

Happy Sunday Morning Facebook followers. Triple Torture have finally defrosted and caught up on some sleep but still a little sore and nursing a couple of injuries. Thank you all so much for supporting and sponsoring our 167 mile canoeing Mission. We are taking a week out of rest before our next challenge 29,000 ft climb of Mount Everest and two full Marathons. Please keep supporting us and sponsoring us to try and reach our £10,000 target.

After 6 days of blood, sweat and tears Team Triple have finished 167miles canoeing at Hits Radio Castlefield. I would like to thank everybody from the bottom of my heart that have supported and donated to our extreme challenge and for those of you that haven't yet you can still donate. I would like to also thank my team Steve Read( Captain), Simon Beddows(Support Driver), Magdalena Antoniewska and claire bear you guys are amazing. Time to sit back now for a few days re-charge the batteries access our injuries before we start training for our next challenge. Love you guys for helping me help 1 in 3 children living in poverty OVER AND OUT

As we come to the end of day 5 and only have a few miles to the finish line we really need everybody to try and help us raise as much as possible for the children of Manchester. We have put in every ounce of energy we have. We really appreciate people liking and sharing our page but we are struggling for sponsorship we are just asking people to donate a small amount to make improvements for the children.
