NEPHRA Charity Bike Ride
Ride to Blackpool Tower and back – Without Leaving the Building!
Join the NEPHRA community for a fun and inspiring charity event to raise funds for the NEPHRA Build Fund. Together, we’ll cycle the distance from NEPHRA to Blackpool Tower – 108 miles – on a static/exercise bike!

**How the Event Works**
🚴 Take part in the ride
Participants are invited to cycle on our static/exercise bike and help us reach our 108-mile goal (the distance to Blackpool and back).
To take part, simply:
- Book a time slot with our team (Email: [email protected], Telephone: 07716 316026 or pop into the centre and speak to a member of staff).
-Get sponsored or make a donation
**You can organise sponsorship in a way that suits you**
- A set amount (e.g. £5 for taking part)
- A donation based on time (e.g. £1 per 10 minutes)
- A donation based on distance cycled (e.g. £1 per mile)
Every effort, no matter how big or small, makes a difference! Everyone who participates in the cycling will receive a goody bag on the day.
💙 Not cycling? You can still help!
If you’d prefer not to take part in the ride, you can:
- Make a donation
- Come along on the day and cheer others on
Below is a copy of the poster advertising the event for your information. Please pop into the centre to collect a sponsorship/donation form to take part.
There will be refreshments, information stalls and activities throughout the day. Details of these will be released over the coming weeks by email and on our social media.
