Cornerstone is hiring! We are looking for a Operations & Facilities Manager to join our team!

A pivotal leadership role shaping how Cornerstone URC buildings are utilised and managing our day to day Facilities & Lettings.

Working across both our Didsbury & Burnage sites, you'll build partnerships with our lettings, manage contractors, promote our events and turn our 2030 vision into lived, community changing action through our fantastic facilities.

It was wonderful to welcome the RNLI to our Junior Section tonight. The young people had a brilliant time learning all about water safety and even got the chance to try on some of the RNLI uniform.

A huge thank you to Gwyn and the RNLI team for such an engaging and informative evening.

It has been brilliant to be part of these fantastic intergenerational craft sessions . Seeing people of all ages come together to create decorations for the Big Burnage Parade has been a real highlight.

The countdown is now on and we're looking forward to taking part in the parade next Sunday. Keep an eye out for the 5th Manchester BBGA Band as we proudly march through Burnage!

We can't wait to see everyone there! 🥁🎉

Last weekend we had an epic time Running NW Reloaded! Our Company and Seniors were an absolute credit to the 5th Manchester and we had a blast!

Our young people have been having a blast helping at the Big Burnage Parade craft sessions and creating some fantastic parade decorations! 🎨🎭

There’s still time to get involved. Why not come along to our final craft session tomorrow Friday June 12th from 6pm to 8pm? Enjoy an evening of creativity and fun as we get ready for the parade. Refreshments will be provided, and we’d love to see you there!

What a wonderful day we had at Didsbury Festival !!

It was fantastic to be leading the parade again this year with our band and taking part in such a brilliant community event. We loved meeting so many young people and their families throughout the day and sharing what 5th Manchester Boys’ Brigade and Girls’ Association is all about.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello and joined in the fun.

Our team has been working hard to improve how we communicate with families. We are looking forwards to launching our new Members Area!

This has been kindly developed by Bee Worldwide Developments to support the work out of our company.

We will be rolling this out to families over the coming weeks as a central place for all event, trip and calendar information!

We are really excited to be supporting the BIG Burnage Parade and encouraging everyone to get involved 🎨

These sessions will coincide with our Anchors and Juniors evenings, so young people already attending those groups will be taking part as part of their normal sessions, while the workshops are also open for anyone else to drop in and join.

Workshops are on Monday 8th, Wednesday 10th, and Friday 12th June 6pm to 8pm

Come to one session or all of them and get involved in something really special for our community

It would be wonderful to see as many people there as possible
