💙 A huge thank you to everyone at Hale Prep School for raising an incredible £1054.00 for Francis House Children's Hospice through their Eid Bake Sale! 🧁✨

We're so grateful to all the pupils, families and staff who baked delicious treats, and to everyone who came along and supported the sale. Every cake purchased helped raise this fantastic amount, which will make a real difference to the children, young people and families we support.

Special thanks to the Drake family girls (pictured) and everyone involved in making the event such a success. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Francis House stand at Didsbury Festival on Saturday! 💙

It was fantastic to meet so many of you, see families enjoying our games, trying their luck on the tombola, winning prizes and finding out more about the care and support we provide for children, young people and families across Greater Manchester.

We were also delighted to officially launch Rainbow Road, our colourful new community art trail, with Jeff Smith MP helping us get things underway. 🌈

Thank you to everyone who came along, took part and showed their support – we loved being part of such a wonderful community event!

Just announced on BBC Manchester that Fergus our lovely Pets As Therapy dog is one of four finalists in the BBC Radio Manchester's Make a Difference awards Animal Category! Fergus's owner Kate said "It’s really exciting and a lovely recognition of the comfort and support Fergus gives to the children and young people at Francis House." We couldn't agree more. Good luck Fergus at the awards ceremony in September!

☀️ What a fantastic afternoon at our latest Youth Group!

With the sunshine making a welcome appearance, our young people enjoyed a wonderful Mexican-themed session packed with creativity, music and fun.

We were delighted to be joined by the Manchester Mexican Folk Group, who entertained everyone with traditional Mexican music and dancing. The young people also decorated terracotta pots and planted their own cacti to take home, while plenty of ice cream helped keep everyone cool in the warm weather! 🍦

A huge thank you to the Manchester Mexican Folk Group for giving up their time to make the day so special. Everyone loved it! 💙

Our fantastic supporters go above and beyond when it comes to putting in the miles in support of our hospice. Months of training led to the capital cities of London and Manchester for two of the biggest Marathons in the country. Andrew "Barney" Barnard was so moved by the care and support his family friends received from Francis House that he just had to race one last marathon and what he achieved was incredible!

Andrew "Barney" Barnard raised £31,500 for Francis House in the TCS London Marathon in memory of Jason Thorton.
