We can't believe it's been a whole two weeks since our anniversary concert - Legends, Divas & Dreamers 🎉

We celebrated more than 25 years of the Manchester Proud Chorus by singing some absolute bangers, inspired by LGBTQ+ icons 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

And we were joined on stage at Contact by the incredible Proud Marys, Chester's LGBT Choir and Sam Buttery 🎶

From organising uniform to leading sectionals and printing sheet music to writing the monthly members' newsletter, we'd be nothing without our lovely volunteers ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍🩷🩵🤎🖤

We are so excited to announce that the incredible Sam Buttery will be performing at our concert - Legends, Divas & Dreamers - next month 🎉

Sam is an actress and performer based in Manchester. You may have seen her in Netflix's 'Kaos' and BBC's 'Wreck'. Her theatre work includes ‘Unfortunate The Musical’ (The Other Palace), ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ (Sheffield Crucible), The Addams Family (London Palladium), Jesus Christ Superstar (Barbican) and Taboo The Musical (Brixton Clubhouse, 54 Below, London Palladium).

She joins Proud Marys, Chester's LGBT Choir to complete our line-up, coming together to celebrate LGBTQ+ icons who have inspired us over the past 25 years 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
