🧘‍♀️ Join us for our upcoming Meditation Evening! 🧘‍♂️
A monthly Wednesday Night Group meditation evening — a calm space to slow down, connect, and reset. We'll start with a 15-minute chat, regulate together, then enjoy a 30-minute guided meditation hosted by John Barrett.
Meditation is especially great for ADHD because it:
Improves Focus: trains your brain to catch wandering thoughts and gently redirect attention.
Reduces Impulsivity: creates a mindful pause before reacting to help manage emotional overwhelm.
Calms the Nervous System: gives a busy mind a dedicated, quiet space to ease background stress.
