Global Vision Initiative ''Success in life requires training, discipline and hard work. But if you're not frightened by these things, the opportunities are just as great today''

"What you learn, teach; what you get, give, that, my friends, is what gives your life purpose and meaning."Oprah Winfrey

''I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers''. —Ralph Nader

''I can't agree more; being concerted and pushing towards the goal of self-replication, invariably leaving a legacy''

V2020, started as a community and

voluntary association in 2009, with the goal of using training in soft skills, social sports and exercises to advance the interests of BME (Black, Minority Ethnic) groups and communities in Gorton, Manchester. It evolved from a concern expressed by groups of people with same ideology regarding human purpose, innate tendencies and the power to fulfil potentials by people of varied extractions especially young people. We believe that learning and education is a veritable tool for social emancipation and consciousness; that sports and exercises is required in BME communities to foster cultural harmony, social belonging and identification. Adopting these routes encourages people to interact on a continuous basis, rob minds, discuss their differences and improve their self-confidence and esteem. Afterwards V2020, with the intention of widening its scope and coverage of its project delivery registered with Charity Commission in June 2011 (CC1142264) gathering more ideas and people with like minds within the BME community as trustees with the sole purpose of serving their community and society at large. OUR MISSION is to empower people with fewer opportunities within the BMEA communities through social sports, education, training and learning process geared towards social and economic emancipation. GOALS: Reduce social isolation, exclusion and individualism among disadvantaged people. Lay foundation for healthy living and structured activities thereby increasing participation in constructive leisure time activities. Our brand in your hand: '' In order to build an outstanding brand, it is essential that we understand and deliver on our shared objectives, continue to walk our talk as we all play our role(s) in building both our brand and reputation''
