Ali Qasim

Ali, 23, is currently a Global Advisor at Rothschild & Co. He has advised on international M&A deals totalling over £1.5bn.

Ali is the Global Ambassador for Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) and One Young World, the pre-eminent forum for young leaders to shape the world.

He became the youngest ever member of the Association of Taxation Technicians and also achieved the best exam results in the world in the chartered accountancy exams.

Ali was invited to meet Imran Khan in Bani Gala to celebrate his international success and has also received an award in the House of Lords.

Ali decided to go against the norm by rejecting offers from world renowned universities and joined PwC at the age of 17.

He achieved 2 A*s and 3 As in his A-levels at the age of 16 from Manchester Grammar School and was Head Boy at KD Grammar School.

Her clients include some of the biggest Muslim-led charities in the UK.

Eman is Manchester born and raised but has quite the interesting story ranging from Cambridge university to parenthood.

Sumayah Saadi

Sumayah Saadi is 19 years of age and an undergraduate student studying Politics; History, and Economics, whilst also working in Parliament.
Sumayah is a Charity trustee, Parliamentary Ambassador and UK Youth Ambassador. She is working directly on projects to increase the representation of BAME Individuals in social participation. Holder of the 2019 Youth Voice of the Year award.

As as a Parliamentary Ambassador she has specific focus on Brexit. She created a Parliamentary briefing paper on the impacts on Brexit on young people. Research collated working with academics, members of the UK Cabinet, Home Office and European Parliament. Her esearch was presented in Parliament to MPs, hosted in Boothroyd Room.

As a UK Youth Ambassador, Sumayah is representing the UK in the EU at summits. Speaking at various events, lobbying companies to commit to creating paid internships for young people. Workshops with the youth in areas of high proportion BAME representation on political participation methods.

We are very proud to have Sumayah Saadi as one of our panellists. Certainly a young leader.

Saeed Atcha MBE DL

Saeed Atcha MBE DL is CEO of Youth Leads and is Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester. Alongside being the Government Social Mobility Commissioner, He is the Chief Executive of Youth Leads, where he has supported more than 3,000 disadvantaged young Greater Mancunian’s access volunteering opportunities and skills development programmes. Saeed led his organisation to receive Her Majesty the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, is a recipient of the Prime Minister's Points of Light award and was awarded an MBE in the Queen's New Years Honours List 2019.

Saeed is a trustee of HRH The Prince of Wales’ Step up to Serve, which leads the campaign to encourage meaningful social action across society. He is a trustee of Young Manchester, Beacon Bolton Counselling Service, Generation: You Employed, UK and an Advisory Council member to the Care Tech Foundation. He is a school governor at his former secondary school, Ladybridge High School in Bolton.
