If you're thinking about what to have for lunch, this might inspire you!

A recent cookery skills session at our young parent accommodation in Blackburn, led to delicious recipes, including healthy frozen yogurt and fruit bites, as well as chocolate cornflake and fruit clusters, and cranberry flapjacks.

They were enjoyed by all the residents, including the very youngest!

We were pleased to host local MP Afzal Khan at Cornerstone on Friday, ahead of the World Homeless Day weekend.

We shared about our latest campaign around housing affordability and Local Housing Allowance rates, and our work supporting people experiencing homelessness too.

Find out how you can get involved, and download our template letter to write to your MP to call for change too: www.caritassalford.org.uk/EndHomelessness

In case you missed it earlier, today is World Homeless Day.

This evening, could you please help a local child, adult or family who are homeless by making a donation?

A £50 donation could provide 70 vulnerable people with a hot shower and toiletries at one of our day centres.

Thank you in advance for any support you can give as we try to meet the growing need for our services.

Because everyone deserves hope, a safe home, and a future built on dignity.
