Amildham Tamil School focuses on teaching Tamil language, literature and culture to the children at different age groups as well as adults. Amildham is a place where teachers work voluntarily create rich, engaged learning and teaching
experiences; the centre increases student success, builds vital community partnerships, and invites individuals to become members of an intellectually diverse, active learning community. The Amildham aims at providing opportunities for the Tamil Communities living in the United Kingdom as well as others interested in learning Tamil and acquiring knowledge of the history, arts, literature and culture of the Tamils. Amildham offers academic programmes in Tamil Language, Literature and Culture for audit or credit and to award appropriate Certificate / Diploma / Degree on completion of requirement prescribed from Tamil Nadu University.
