Help Shape a New Digital Tool for People Living with Sickle Cell Disease

We are exploring the development of a Digital Pain & Trigger Tracking App to help people living with sickle cell disease better understand their pain patterns, identify potential triggers, and prepare for healthcare appointments.

But before we build anything, we want to hear from people living with sickle cell disease, parents, carers and supporters.

What would make the app genuinely useful?
What challenges do you face when managing pain and symptoms?
What features would help you feel more in control?

🏃‍Running in memory of Juju.

On 14th June, Soraia De Oliveira will be taking on the Leeds 10K to raise funds for Sickle Cell Care Manchester (SCCM) in memory of Juju.

On 14 June, Soraia De Oliveira will be running in the Leeds 10K in memory of Juju 🕊while raising funds for Sickle Cell Care Manchester.

We support over 150 people each year living with Sickle Cell Disease, advocating for better care and awareness. We also promote life-saving blood donations, especially for rare blood types that many patients rely on.

This is a personal challenge for Soraia, and a way to support our critical work❤️
