Just when you thought it had gone a little quiet from us on social media… 👀🤫

Following the INCREDIBLE amount of medals we brought home from the British Transplant Games, we’ve just been hit with the most AMAZING news! 🥹🏆❤️

We are absolutely bursting with pride to announce that WE WON BEST HEART & LUNG TEAM! 🫀🫁🏆🎉

What an incredible achievement for an incredible group of people. The dedication, determination, support and team spirit shown throughout the Games was truly something special and this award makes it even more unforgettable. ❤️

To every member of Team Wythenshawe, supporter, staff, friends, donors, family members and everyone who played a part… THANK YOU! 🙌
