Instigate Arts is an artist-led, not-for-profit community interest company established and run by Kevin Burke and Anne Louise Kershaw. We aim to create positive, progressive, social change through arts production and participation. We utilise the arts to instigate collaboration between the arts, academic and activist communities and their audiences. We utilise the arts to instigate cross-practice/sector/community collaboration.
