It was an honour to represent the Leeward Island People’s Association at Father Philip Sumner’s 50th anniversary of ordination, in the priesthood Saturday 13th June 2026. A truly remarkable milestone.
He has been a constant source of guidance and support, both in the community and in my own life. May God continue to bless and protect him always.

Leeward Island People’s Association members and friends thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon of music, praise, and worship at the Ascension Church in Hulme, presented by Father Azariah and his team.
The gifts and talents on display were truly remarkable and a blessing to all. Well done to everyone involved—especially the youngsters.

Remembering our beloved Peddy Herbert.
The king of creating vibrant and exotic carnival costumes, Peddy had a natural gift for teaching children the art of playing the steel pan. His creativity, passion, and generous spirit touched so many lives.
Peddy will always be remembered in our hearts with love and fond memories.�May he rest in eternal peace. Amen.
