We had the best time at the Celebration Event last month! Such an inspiring day! 🀩

Joining a brilliant panel of judges, our founder Lily-Jo helped choose the winning social action campaign, spotlighting young people driving real change in their communities with passion, creativity, and purpose.

Big thanks to Bolton Wanderers for having us! πŸ’–

Today the Lily-Jo Project is celebrating its 10th birthday. πŸ₯³ That's 10 years of educating, equipping, and empowering people of all ages to take control of their mental health.

What a journey it has been, we've learned a lot and it is such a privilege to get to do what we do! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to all of our donors, partners, cheerleaders, and everyone who has believed in our mission and our work.

Your support, whether it’s sharing our resources, buying merch, or making a donation, is what enables us to:

🍏 Keep our mental health curriculum FREE for schools.
πŸ“± Support individuals and families who are struggling through educational resources at their fingertips.
✨ Spread positive, practical mental health guidance far and wide.

Because of you, this work continues to reach the people who need it most.

If you feel motivated to celebrate with us today, you can find our Β£10 for 10 years fundraising link in our bio!

Thank you again for standing with us and helping us build a future where mental health education is accessible to all. Here’s to the next 10 years! πŸ’–

❄️ January reminder ❄️

Even nature slows down at this time of year, and so should YOU.

Now is the time to put the proper boundaries in place so you can protect your energy all year long.

'Rest' can look different for everyone, but here are a few activities we love that can help you recharge:

πŸ› Going to bed earlier (even if the dishes aren't done).
🌲 Taking a walk on your lunch break without checking your inbox.
πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ Spending a Friday night at home with no plans.

What does 'rest' look like to you in the winter months? 🌨
