The Workers of England Union is registered with the Certification Office under Section 3 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, and also certified as an Independent Trade Union under section 5 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Our other branches are Workers of Wales Union www.workersofwales.org and Workers of Scotland Union www.workersofscotland.org
