Stage, Set, Action! We will look at a
ll aspects of theatre-
· Drama games for team building, relaxation, imagination and thinking on your feet.
· Creating plots from props, music, poetry, news and stories.
· Building characters through voice, body language, movement and facial expressions.
· Improvisation and devising
· A chance to take part in productions whether you wish to act in it or take a back stage role.
· Working on audition pieces
About the director- Jayne Skudder has a BA honours in Drama and has been involved in theatre both acting and teaching for many years. Droylsden Little Theatre is where it all began for her, at a young age and she hopes to inspire young people to achieve their goals in drama. She recently taught at Partington Players Theatre Youth Group and together with a friend, directed ‘Totally Over You’ which won ‘Best Play’ at the One Act Play Festival.
