Great to catch up with Jo today and goes without saying that all our local Councillors including Jo who is deputy Mayor of Trafford along with our local MP Andrew (Western) are all key stakeholders and pivotal in helping us achieve our aim of making M41 a standout place to work, live and play for all of us who call M41 home . Last night the partnerships clean team focused our time purely on litter around Davyhulme circle and the car park behind the shops, and there were lots of it!

We then did a walk up to Davyhulme park and a loop back via old Crofts bank.

11 bags in total along with a loose bollard and cone ready for collection by one Trafford.

Good results!

Please remember keeping Urmston clean and tidy is something we all can achieve as a community and if you wish to join the partnership and help, reach out.

This is a great opportunity to give something back to the area you love and meet new like minded people in your community.

At Love Urmston, we're always proud to champion the amazing people and independent businesses that help make our community so special.

A few weeks ago, one of our local artists EllaJo Studio generously donated a prize to our Food & Drink Festival raffle, helping us raise funds while adding something truly unique for one lucky winner.

We're delighted to share that Ella has been shortlisted for the Theo Paphitis SBS x Spring Fair 2027 competition, an exciting initiative that gives small businesses the opportunity to win a stand at Spring Fair, one of the UK's largest retail trade shows.

The finalists will be announced on Friday 10 July, so we'd love our community to join us in wishing them every success. 🤞
