Established in 1969 by the vibrant community of Langley, which we still serve to this day.

Burnside Centre asks people who access our services to provide information and complete registration forms. This information is kept in the strictest confidence and is for H&S purposes, funding requirements, organisational monitoring and evaluation purposes only. This information will be stored in accordance with GDPR and we will only ever ask for the minimum and most relevant information.

We are reminding all of our Pre-School parents to regularly look at your child’s Tapestry account as this is where we put all our updates, important information and dates of any events etc.

This morning in Pre-School we put our swim suits on and had lots of fun cooling down in our pools. We had a water fight with the shooters, water balloons and went under the sunflower sprinkler.

As the weather got hotter this afternoon we stayed indoors to stay out of the sun and played with all our small world role play resources.

We had a lovely afternoon at our Father’s day stay & play session on Friday.

Our Inspirations Community Choir had a lovely afternoon singing in St. Michael’s Church grounds today! Thanks to our choir instructor Kat and all our members who performed - we are always so grateful of your time, enthusiasm and commitment.

Special thanks to Andy, the wonderful brass band and the whole congregation who made us feel very welcome!

What a brilliant morning at Forest School with our Teens & Toddlers group! 🌿🐻

After meeting students from Edgar Wood Academy, we headed into the forest, collecting flowers and leaves along the way. We enjoyed We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, searched for hidden bears, built bear caves, made muddy paint, created nature prints, and finished with hide and seek, tree climbing, and exploring.

A fun morning full of adventure, creativity, and teamwork! 🌳✨
