This morning, we had the pleasure of hearing from Jenny Edwards of Unity Therapies - Counselling & Clinical Supervision, as our member presenter.

Jenny shared insight into her extensive experience in counselling and the wide range of issues she supports clients with, including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-worth, confidence, overwhelm and depression.

In today’s fast-paced business world, conversations around mental health and emotional wellbeing are more important than ever, and it was incredibly valuable to hear how Jenny provides a safe, supportive space for people navigating these challenges.

We recently caught up with the brilliant Emma Guy from Aqueous Digital for a Quick-Fire Round, and her answers did not disappoint!
