Today's member spotlight is on Jenny Edwards of Unity Therapies - Counselling & Clinical Supervision. 🔦

Big thanks to Charlie McIntyre from CM Services (UK) Ltd for this morning's member presentation.

We got stuck into listening skills, and it was one of those talks that makes you rethink how you sell.

It turns out the best salespeople aren't the ones talking the most... they're the ones hearing what the other person needs.

Charlie's the go to for practical sales training, and he also covers leadership, appraisals, and negotiation skills too.

If your team could do with sharpening up in any of those areas, he's your man.

Cheap energy is useful but predictable energy is often more valuable. ⚡

Charlie McIntyre recently went through our 60-second quickfire round and gave us zero fluff, exactly what you'd expect from a man who's spent 30 years training people to sell!

Best advice he's ever had? "Don't stop pedalling, or you'll fall off the bike."

Book everyone should read? The Ideal Team Player.

Biggest lesson learned? "Don't take measured risks and you'll never grow."
