Manchester MUN Society The University of Manchester Model United Nations Society.

The Manchester MUN Society represents the University of Manchester on the international Model United Nations scene. Any University of Manchester student, regardless of academic discipline, can be a member of ManMUN and can work through the society to represent the University at MUN conference at home and abroad.

And finally, it is with great pleasure that we introduce our President, Amal Turki 💜

Amal studies Law LLB at the University of Manchester and has been a part of the MUN cult for more than 7 years now, having participated in an unhealthy amount of Crisis committees!

She began her MUN journey in Saudi when she was in middle school and only started going to external conferences in the 9th grade.

The most ‘MUN’ thing about her is that she can talk her way into just about anything.

Outside MUNs, you’ll find her reading novels in languages she can barely understand because she’s convinced it’ll make her fluent.
