Wow… I wasn’t quite expecting that response 💜
When I opened up 5 reduced-rate coaching spaces while completing my advanced coaching training, I hoped a few people might connect with the idea.
The response has honestly been amazing, and those spaces are now closed.
For everyone who has already booked a discovery call, please don’t panic! If we chat and decide coaching feels like the right fit, you will still receive the reduced rate.
I’m really looking forward to speaking with you all and hearing your stories.
This is exactly why I wanted to create the Post-Discovery Reset. So many people reach adulthood, discover they’re neurodivergent and then think…
“Ok… so what now?”
The discovery explains so much, but it can also bring up questions around identity, masking, confidence, relationships and how you want life to look going forwards.
Thank you for trusting me with this next part 💜

Recently discovered you’re neurodivergent?

I’m opening 5 reduced-rate coaching spaces for women navigating life after discovery.

Post-Discovery Reset is a supportive coaching space for late-discovered autistic and/or ADHD women who are trying to make sense of themselves underneath years of masking, coping and holding everything together.

The sessions are relaxed, conversational and focused on self-understanding, identity, burnout, overwhelm and reconnecting with who you are.

• £10 per session
• 50-minute online sessions
• 6-session minimum commitment
• Discovery call required before booking
• 5 reduced-rate spaces available

These are introductory spaces while I complete my advanced coaching qualification and gather feedback/testimonials.

The first step is to book in a discovery call to see if we are a good fit. Link in comments

If you’ve realised you might be neurodivergent, burnout can make everything feel like too much all at once. There’s often this urge to fix it quickly, to get back on track, get your energy back and feel like yourself again.
But trying to sort everything in one go tends to just add more pressure on top of the pressure that’s already there.
Sometimes the switch is a lot smaller than that. Easing off a bit, expecting a little less from yourself for a while, giving yourself more space than you’d normally allow.
It won’t solve everything overnight, but it can take the edge off enough that you start thinking a bit more clearly again. And that’s usually where things begin to change.
If you’re in that place right now, you don’t need to have it all figured out, and you don’t have to do it alone.

People pleasing isn’t always obvious.
It’s not just the big yeses. It’s the smaller moments where you default to “I don’t mind”, “I’m easy”, “whatever works for you”.
It can happen so quickly you don’t really check in with yourself, and only notice afterwards that something didn’t feel quite right.
Over time, it can make it harder to keep track of what you actually want.
It’s not about forcing yourself to suddenly say no to everything. It can start with noticing the moment where you could check in with yourself, even if you still go along with it.
That’s usually where things begin.

This can feel really frustrating.
You want to move on. You can see it’s not a big deal, but it doesn’t shift in the way you expect it to.
You can try to distract yourself or think it through, but it’s still sitting there.
It’s less about letting it go and more about how your system processes things. Sometimes it just takes longer.
When you start to understand that, you can respond to it differently, without putting pressure on yourself to be over it.
If this is something you’re starting to notice, I’ve got a free “What Now?” guide that helps you make sense of it. Link in bio.

This can feel like one of the biggest questions.

When you’ve spent years adapting, fitting in, and adjusting to what’s expected, it can be hard to separate what’s you from what you’ve learnt.

It can leave you feeling unsure, like you don’t quite know what’s actually yours.

That doesn’t mean anything is missing. It’s more that a lot has been layered on over time.

There’s space to start noticing what feels like you underneath all of that, without needing to rush or figure it all out straight away.

If you’re in that “what now?” stage, I’ve got a free guide that helps you start making sense of it. Link in bio.

The Authentic Minds Pathway is now open.

Hi, I’m Jennie. I help women rebuild their sense of self after a late ADHD or autism discovery.

The Authentic Minds Pathway is my 1-1 coaching programme for neurodivergent adults navigating identity, masking, burnout and self-understanding after years of adaptation.

A lot of the people I work with have spent years trying to hold everything together, adapt to expectations or work out why life has always felt harder than it seemed to for everyone else.

Then discovery happens and suddenly everything makes sense… but there can still be a big question underneath it all:
Who am I now?

The pathway includes:
• 8 x 50-minute 1-1 coaching sessions
• Sessions used flexibly over 16 weeks
• Accountability and reflection between sessions via WhatsApp
• A calm, neuroaffirming approach adapted to you
• Space to explore identity, masking, burnout, boundaries and self-understanding

If this sounds like it resonates with you, you can read more about the pathway here: https://ndmatters.com/1-1-coaching/
