Three years later! Weโ€™ve certainly been busy bees ๐Ÿ

From supporting community-led climate action to delivering creative campaigns and sharing practical tips, In Our Nature is helping Manchesterโ€™s residents and communities to make a BIG difference for themselves and the city.

Here's the headlines!

Together, we have:

๐Ÿ™ Saved 67 tonnes of carbon - thatโ€™s more than the amount of carbon it would take to drive to the MOON ๐ŸŒ™ or round the world 10 times! ๐ŸŒ

๐ŸŒฑ Supported 87 community-led climate projects across the city which have benefited people in lots of other ways too.

๐Ÿ’š Created over 200 handy resources, inspired by In Our Nature projects and the communities who were involved, to support further climate action in Manchester and beyond.

And thatโ€™s not all! Head to our website to read more about what weโ€™ve been up to and discover how you can make a difference where you live too www.inournature.uk/updates/in-our-nature-report-2022-2025

The In Our Nature 2022-2025 programme was a partnership between Manchester Climate, Hubbub, Groundwork Greater Manchester, Tyndall Manchester, Amity CIC and Manchester City Council

Made possible thanks to our generous funders The National Lottery Community Fund and The Wates Family Enterprise Trust

We're still BUZZING from our recent Community Get Together event! ๐ŸŽ‰

The evening brought together the amazing communities and individuals who have been involved in In Our Nature to celebrate, connect, inspire one another and swap skills and ideas to do even more great work - thank you to everyone who came along ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒ

We heard from some Community Champions about how they've been working in their communities to create climate action. Thank you Lucille from Loveworld Medical Volunteer Corps, Claire from SNUG, Andrew from The Message Community Garden, Jenny from St Margaretโ€™s Centre & Playing Fields and Bhagwant from Sri Guru Singh Sabha Gurdwara for sharing your stories and insights.

And we shared our skills and made new connections to support each other to take our climate action even further ๐Ÿงต๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ“ธ๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿ–‹

Thank you to our wonderful Steering Group for helping to design and coordinate the evening, thanks also to for having us and to for some delicious veggie food
