قدّمت المقرّرة الخاصة للأمم المتحدة فرانشيسكا ألبانيزي تقريرها الأحدث إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان. ويوثّق التقرير الاستخدام المنهجي للتعذيب من قبل إسرائيل ضد الفلسطينيين منذ أكتوبر 2023، مبيّناً أنه ليس عرضياً أو مجرد حوادث متفرقة، بل جزء من نظام أوسع من الهيمنة والعقاب الجماعي والعنف الإبادي، المتجذر في بنية الاستعمار الاستيطاني والإبادة الجماعية الجارية.

UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese has presented her latest report to the Human Rights Council. It documents Israel’s systematic use of torture against Palestinians since October 2023, showing that it is not incidental or sporadic but part of a wider system of domination, collective punishment, and annihilatory violence, embedded in the architecture of settler-colonialism and the ongoing genocide.

🚨 21 civil society organisations have written to the UK Sec of State for Business & Trade urging a total ban on imports from Israel’s illegal settlements.
Settlement goods sustain land theft, annexation, and violations of int'l law. Continuing trade risks exposing the public to money laundering offences.

We are in The Hague today at the Conference on Accountability and the Enforcement of International Law in Palestine convened by the co-chairs of the Hague Group, joined by countries standing up for a simple principle: international law must be universal, not selective.
With almost 40 states present, we are calling for concrete action under the different international law frameworks available, including the law of the sea:
- A complete embargo on the supply and transfer of arms, munitions, military fuel, related military equipment, and dual use.
- Deny ports and non-innocent passage to vessels linked to arms, energy, or dual use good contributing to serious violations of international law.
- Stop ships flying national flags from carrying weapons, military fuel, or dual-use items to Israel.

🔴States have legal obligations and the tools to uphold them - they must act now.
Rhetorical condemnation without concrete actions will be detrimental not just to Palestinian self-determination but to the world.
Join us. Press for action. Demand accountability.
End the Israeli occupation, , and .

This is a time for courage, not complicity.
