C.I.T.S.+ are committed to promoting diversity in our local music scene and encouraging a wider group of people to get involved in playing, programming, prod

ucing and experiencing music. We will spend all profits made on workshops, talks, networking events and other projects that are open to all but aimed at those typically marginalised in the music industry.
