We are collaborating with Ducie Street Fashion Week(end) on 18th September, showcasing some of Manchester’s finest independent designers. A weekend of Live music, art market, food and of course FASHION.

Looking to model for Yourcityinmind, but missed your chance?

We are collaborating with and hosting another fashion show very soon on Sunday 18th September.

Entry requirements:

1. you must be available on the 18.09.22 from 10am - 5pm

2. You must send 2 headshots, one from the front and one from the side.

3. You must send a video of your catwalk. Stuck for songs to walk to? We recommend Anna Wintour by Azealia Banks.

4. Please also include all your known clothing sizes.
Please include a minimum of: Top size, waist size, leg length, shoe size

5. You must submit your entries by DM’ing us or emailing us at: [email protected]

6. All submissions to be entered by 5pm Sunday 11/09/22

Wow.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us yesterday for Manchester;inMind.

We were completely overwhelmed with the turnout and we are so proud of how far we have come since Sheffield;inMind in 2018.

106 people - businesses, designers, models, artists, stylists, volunteers, MUAs, photographers - helped make this event happen. The generosity we’ve seen from the city of Manchester has been outstanding. We put our life and soul into this event but it was all so worth it. It’s events like these that are integral in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and providing support for those who need it. We hope the show helped you to learn to love your uniqueness and to never be afraid to be yourself.

We are so excited to announce the total raised for Mind UK with you all soon and will be sharing content from our lovely photographers and videographers in the next coming days. In the meantime, the YCIM team are already busy planning the next event. We’re still learning and growing and we get better with each show and we commit to continue getting better.
We aren’t professionals but we are committed to improving and we look forward to rising to meet the demand.

We can’t wait to see you there again at the next one.
