🍃 Living with Allah’s Name | Al-Wārith — The Eternal Inheritor

We hold onto things
like they belong to us.

Our plans.
Our time.
Our sense of control.

We build around them.
We depend on them.

And we expect them to stay.

But slowly…
things change.

What we thought we owned
begins to slip away.

Today, we reflect on Al-Wārith.

Allah is the One
who inherits all things.

Everything returns to Him.

So we loosen our grip.

We remember
we are only entrusted.

And we begin to live
with open hands.

Sometimes, we lean towards what feels easier.

We favour who we like.
We overlook what is uncomfortable.

And it feels small.

But it adds up.

Today, we reflect on Al-ʿAdl.

Allah is perfectly just.
Nothing is missed.

So we pause.
We check ourselves.

We try to be fair.
Even when it is not easy.

We all fall short.
In ways we don’t always realise.

We make mistakes.
Again and again.

Today, we reflect on Al-ʿAfūw.

Allah pardons.
He lets go.

Without holding it against us.

So when we are hurt…
do we choose to let go?

🍃Living with Allah’s Names | As-Saboor — The Patient

We ask for patience
when things feel difficult.

But patience is not only
In what we go through..

It is also
In how we respond to others.

Today I’m reflecting on *As-Saboor* .

Allah is patient with us.
Despite our mistakes.
Despite our shortcomings.
Despite how often we fall short.

He gives time.
He gives space.
He gives chances to return.

So, who are we
to be harsh with one another?

To expect perfection
from people who are also trying?

Practice Paticce by:
pausing before reacting.
softening before judging.
making excuses instead of assumptions.

Extending to others
what Allah constantly extends to us.

🌿When your heart feels overwhelmed, remember - Allah is Al-Ḥakīm (ٱلْحَكِيم) – The Most Wise
Allah is already handling it. Slow down. 🌿

Allah is in control.
Slow down.

Pause.
Breathe.

Not everything needs fixing today.
Not every worry needs an answer right now.

Allah was managing the heavens before your heart felt heavy.

He is arranging outcomes
even when you can’t see the way.

Release the rush.
Let go of the pressure.
What is written will reach you
without your exhaustion.

Trust the timing.
Trust the pauses.

Allah is in control.
And that is your reminder to rest. 🤍
