Beautiful blue sky for our park walk the other week! Meeting every Wednesday at 10.30 am in Ladybarn park for walking, talking and a cup of coffee after. Lovely gentle exercise for over 65s, come along or call 0161 434 9216 for more information. Funded by GM walking and wheeling fund.

This year we are very excited to be one of In Our Nature's community projects, helping to draw attention to climate change and promote positive action! We will be working with Care and Repair to organise home visits to help save energy and keep homes warm, as well as restarting our blister pack recycling boxes... A busy Coffee Group here at Assist yesterday, with a lovely visit from Cllr Joanna Midgely and a murder mystery play from Chorlton Good Neighbours drama group! We will not say whodunnit but can safely say, it was not who you thought... looking forward to their next play already!
