Change In Service Rules

Because of rising numbers of users and unreasonable behaviour we have been forced to change the way we work and prioritise who is seen first.

Our volunteers will assign you a number based on our assessment of your need compared to others. This will mean that if someone who is more vulnerable will be seen before you even if they come into the centre after you.

Our first priority are the homeless, emergency situations, and those in hostels or hotels. After this we will help everybody else that we can.

We will also be removing people from our project who challenge or ignore our volunteers, who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who disrupt our service.
