Hiya lovely humans my name is Orla and I am fricken psyched to be the newest bean sprouting from the soil that is RIOT GARDEN!

Over the last 8 years I've had the pleasure of working in a big ol mish mash of different DIY events from art installations to fundraisers to gigs to creative wellbeing workshops. I am all about chaos that centres actionable and accountable care and community, I see those values reflected in what RIOT GARDEN have been doing and thought some of that please! In a world that can be scary and isolating it feels punk to have hope and I am so excited to cocreate and curate hopeful spaces within the local scene, can't wait to meet ya all x

Thank you everyone for all your contributions towards our last two events. Lots of money raised towards some very important causes and organisations.

Much luv to everyone for your continued support of RIOT GARDEN, we appreciate you all so much. We're having a little break on events for over the summer but we will be back once the nights get a bit longer and people need a lil bit of RIOT GARDEN style chaos in their lives!!!

Dis is why we will always come back to our home. You guys are just the best, Saturday was a room full of love and we have you guys, the amazing bands, Withington Public Hall Institute - WPHI, Dan on sound, to thank for that. Thank you for turning out. We'll be giving you a final update soon on how much we raised for Moll's fundraiser.

Wow, what a weekend... Easton Punk Festival 2026 - you were amazing!! 🧷🖤🧷

As the new kids on the block, we at The Old Stillage would like to say that it was an absolute pleasure and privilege to be involved in such a positive representation of our beautiful BS5 community. 🖤🖤🖤

Massive love and respect to all the crews at The Chelsea Inn , The Lion, BS5, The Plough , Carnival Punks, and all of our co-conspirators who worked so hard to make it happen - too many to name individually, but you know who you are 😉🖤😘

We are blown away by the energy and enthusiasm that our little corner of Bristol has managed to inspire...

From the bands, the promoters, the DIY collectives, the infrastructure crews, the local independent breweries, everybody that donated their time, energy, and resources - between us all, we have raised a significant amount for grassroots organisations working in our immediate community and beyond.

But all of this is only possible with the support of our family of wonderful weirdos - ALL OF YOU!!

Thankyou for the love and respect you all shared for one another - a little punk festival in Bristol may not change THE world, but we are changing OUR world.
