PMDD has nearly robbed me of my life hundreds of times 🫠 it took 28 years to diagnose, despite a hysterectomy that without doubt saved my life, I still battle regularly with suicidal ideations & the horrific symptoms of pmdd.

1 in 3 women attempt su***de, 70% of women struggle with suicidal ideation, yet 95% of people have never heard of it.... more awareness is needed without a doubt 💯

🔥 Controversial opinion…

A lot of women aren’t burnt out because life is too hard.

They’re burnt out because they’ve been taught to be everything for everyone.

✅️ The helper.
✅️ The fixer.
✅ ️The peacemaker.
✅️ The one who says “it’s fine” when it absolutely is not fine.

Somewhere along the way we were sold the idea that being a “good woman” means being endlessly patient, endlessly giving, endlessly understanding.

Honestly?

That’s a one-way ticket to an empty cup and a nervous system hanging on by a thread.
