Today, we’re on the streets of Ilorin, reaching out to girls with our Dignity Packs—because no girl should have to choose between her dreams and her period.

Each pack is thoughtfully put together with essential menstrual hygiene products and a message of hope, confidence, and self-worth. Every smile reminds us why this mission matters.

Every girl deserves to manage her period with dignity, confidence, and pride.

Through our Dignity Pack Initiative, Gavin Inspired Charity Foundation reached out to schoolgirls in Ilorin, providing essential menstrual hygiene packs and creating a safe space for conversations about menstrual health. A simple act of kindness can help keep a girl in school, restore her confidence, and remind her that she is seen, valued, and supported.

📅 Your period shouldn’t catch you by surprise. Know your cycle. Know your body. 💗

Learning to track your menstrual cycle is one of the simplest ways to understand your body and prepare with confidence.

✨ Here’s how to start:
🌸 Mark the first day of your period on a calendar.
🌸 Count the days until the day before your next period starts.
🌸 That number is your cycle length.
🌸 Add your cycle length to the first day of your last period to estimate when your next period may begin.

Remember, every girl’s body is different. Some cycles are shorter, some are longer—and that’s okay. What matters is learning your own pattern.

Tracking your period can help you:
