Patterns shapes and writing skills.
Magnet tiles are a very popular toy with my preschoolers. The people activity is a great way to get them to recognise each shape.
How many sides?, how many corners? And the we talked about the colours and created lots of different costumes.
The sticky dot activity focused on fine motor skills and the pincer grasp required to hold a pencil. Will you choose just one color or use all of them? Can you get the dots on the lines l or close to the lines? Can you make your own line pattern.
Type and write.
Choose a word and see if you can find the letters on the keyboard. Can you copy them onto the whiteboard.?
What letters are in your name? Do you know any of the letters in your friends names?
