Re:Charge

Recharge provides drop-in sessions for families across Maidenhead, where children can play and mums have time to chat.

We empower individuals to have the self-belief to achieve the very best in their lives. Re:Charge R&R is a community group project set up under the Bridge Trust Thames Valley Charity. R&R is a 'drop in' facility for families held in 2 different locations within Maidenhead: - Larchfield, and the Town Centre, High Street Methodist Church ensuring it will be reaching many families in their own commun

ity. This project was started in September 2013, by Hannah Lucas and Georgie Grafham with the help of some volunteers. The aim is to offer a safe, friendly environment, building relationships with local families, while offering advice, support and options in enabling them to overcome challenging, difficult and sensitive situations. We currently run 2 family drop-in sessions. The locations for the ‘drop-ins’ sessions are:
Every Tuesday 10am-2pm at Larchfield Community Centre, Desborough Park, Desborough Road. Every Thursday 10am-2pm at High Street Methodist Church.

We've had a wonderful week making some super sparkly fairy wands 🪄🌟 and enjoying our kinetic sand tuff tray.

Don't forget we are open next week for half-term, no need to book, the wonderful team from Foodshare Maidenhead will be joining us on Tuesday at Larchfield for lunch so our session will be a little longer 10-1 and Thursday we will be at high street Methodist church 10-12!

Have a fabulous bank holiday weekend in the sunshine 🌞 and we look forward to seeing you next week.
