CleanC is diversifying to meet challenges presented to our refugee community, by creating job opportunities, and at the same time serving the local community, by offering services that are high in demand, with a shortage of local providers. CleanConscience is a unique charity that assists UK hotels, restaurants, pubs, and offices to deal with challenging waste streams, like redundant or surplus of

fice furniture, mattresses, linen, bedding, curtains, furniture, mirrors, framed pictures, small electrical equipment, etc. Items that are salvaged are donated to the other charities we support, or offered back to the public in exchange for a donation to support our own charity funds. Due to being a grassroots organisation, working closely with many other grassroots organisations, we are well placed to act as a ‘matchmaker’ between businesses and smaller less ‘mobile’ charities, and we thrive on solving any challenge that is presented to us. Over the years we have supported 33 other community organisations and registered charities in the UK, one charity in Sierra Leone, and six charities in Lithuania. We have assisted the businesses that needed our help with diverting more than 1,831 tonnes of items, that still had a resource value, from being landfilled or incinerated. We prepare an Impact Report on each project, which will show the following metrics:

• CO2e (kg) saved from entering the atmosphere

• Waste (kg) saved from going to landfill of being incinerated

• Waste costs (£) saved

• Donated (£) to charity

• Equivalent jobs saved

Our service are cost neutral, when compared to waste costs, and the ROI a win win win win for everyone involved.

We just wanted to let you know that although CleanConscience is no longer offering the soap and toiletry recycling service, we still offer the Redistribution Service - do you mind spreading the word with your colleagues in all departments please.

There is NOTHING that we have not been able to find a new home for and we very much hope to be of service.

In 2025, following the majority of our programme partners transitioning to larger toiletry dispensers, we ceased offering our soap and toiletry recycling service. However, we continue to provide our redistribution service for any redundant or surplus assets.

Happy New Year and ALL the best for a healthy and kinder 2026!

Back in May '24 we launched the CleanC Crews, and our main objective was to assist the refugee families that we were supporting in becoming more proficient in English, and at the same time to become mainstream employable.

We were so successful in our endeavours that most of the families that we were supporting found themselves full, or part time employed, and their English proficiency came along in leaps and bounds!

In the meantime, we kept on getting requests from local residents asking for our assistance with moving, cleaning, gardening, and painting projects...

So, we're happy to share the news that we are RE-launching the CleanC Crews, and our specialities now include the following:

* Moving - house, office, and warehouse contents
* Cleaning - end of tenancy / moving out / in
* Cleaning - carpets, ovens, and other appliances
* Gardening - clearance, or once-off blitz
* Unwanted items - we can assist with selling, or rehoming to those in need, or dropping off with other local charities - landfill is a last resort
* Painting & Decorating - does the old or new property need a lick of paint?

Good morning, Everyone

My friends and family know me as Ms Last Minute Dot Com 😜 and now you’ll understand exactly why 🫣

I’ve just realised that the 12th of March is our 10 year anniversary 🥳🥳🥳

Time flies when you LOVE what you do❣️

Before I tell you about our celebrations, a quick update about our operations going forward.

As all the hotels that we were working with in London have gone over to the larger dispensers, and the manufacturers and distributors have streamlined their operations, to avoid the surplus that they previously had to donate to us, we estimate that our little pop-up shop will be out of stock by the end of March, possibly earlier 💔

It will be a sad day when we can no longer spoil our loyal supporters with charity prized Elemis, The White Co, Jo Malone’s Jo Loves, Penhaligons, and the ever popular Halfeti, not to mention the Lee Stafford and other brands that we stocked 😢

Fear not, it is not the end of the road for CleanC, we have some exciting plans for the future, as some of you already know - our newly streamlined and focussed CleanC Crews are proving popular and we’ve already assisted some of you 💪

With Unit 9 becoming redundant, we’ve come up with a new idea and we hope that you will love and support it as much as the pop-up shop 👩‍🍳 🥘

So, to celebrate our birthday, but also to test the market with our new idea, we will be offering coffee / tea / cake and a sample of our new offering, paella 🥘 - tomorrow the 1st of March between 10am and 1pm 🫶
