Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice

Meet Gareth, our wonderful Head Chef at Tŷ Hafan 👨‍🍳

His day starts early, but this is about much more than cooking. Gareth leads a kitchen that creates meals designed around each child’s needs.

Every dish is carefully prepared. Some children need softer textures or specialist diets, others have favourite meals that bring comfort during difficult times. Gareth and his team take the time to get it right, making sure food is safe, nourishing and familiar.

Food is so important here at our hospice, it can help children feel more comfortable and give families a sense of normality when they need it most 💚
