Our Khalsa Aid Canada (Vancouver team)traveled to Penticton to deliver urgent supplies—including clothing, eye drops, phone chargers, and hygiene kits—directly to families displaced by the ongoing wildfires.

Working alongside local organizers at Princess Margaret Secondary School, we are ensuring that every evacuee receives immediate, dignified support during this difficult time.

From helping hands to lasting friendship.

In 2014, when devastating floods affected communities across Somerset, Khalsa Aid International stepped forward to offer aid and support to local people.

What began during a time of need has grown into a lasting friendship with the Somerset community and Wells Rotary — and Meet the Sikhs is a celebration of that relationship.

Join us on Cathedral Green for our annual opportunity to meet the people behind Khalsa Aid, experience a warm Sikh welcome and discover more about the humanitarian projects and missions we deliver to communities in need around the world.

It’s also a chance to learn about Sikhi and the principles that inspire our work — including selfless service (seva), equality, compassion and recognising our shared humanity.

Come along, ask questions, enjoy the music, try a turban, share langar with us and discover a little more about who we are and why we serve.
