Hi Everyone, I hope our facebook friends can help us, we've set up a Gofundme to help one of Alex's Alex Connerty friends (Salma) who has Microcephalic Primordial Dwarfism and she really needs a lot of help along with her 2 sisters, her mum and dad Mohamed Kamel Ouda MK Kamel Ouda MK
Salma and her family live in Rafah Gaza, the Walking With Giants Foundation have been helping Salma and her family since before the outbreak of conflict in Gaza and then helped them during the conflict.
Our funds are limited due to helping other families and our other commitments as a charity and Salma's family really need additional help right now and possibly for the next 12 months and thats if they survive the atrocities they face on a day to day basis.
I have tried other charities here in the UK and around the world directly linked to the Gaza Conflict but sadly its one of those situations that they do not help individual cases unless they need life saving intervention even though Salma's type of MPD comes with life threatening medical issues that need to be reviewed by doctors regularly.
I've also looked into trying to get them out of Gaza but this is not an option and if it was it would have cost 10's of thousands of pounds/dollars via corrupt officials and black market racketeers on the Egyptian border.
Salma's father is having to pay an extortinate amount of money for basic necessities to survive and they are running out of money even with our help, never mind food, water and medical supplies.
Here is a list of prices of some of the things people are being charged for in Rafah/Gaza.

🔹 A kilo of potatoes: 40 shekels 🔹 $10.81
🔹 A kilo of eggplant: 27 shekels $7.30
🔹 A kilo of okra: 140 shekels $37.84
🔹 A kilo of coffee: 360 shekels $97.30
🔹 A kilo of pepper: 48 shekel 🔹 $12.97
🔹 A kilo of red pepper: 60 shekel 🔹 $16.22
🔹 Box of extra meat: 40 shekel 40 $10.81
🔹 3 Falafel discs: 2 shekel 3 $0.54
🔹 Bread bundle (stolen): 60 shekels $16.22
Limited humanitarian aid is getting through, so families are having to pay over the odds to survive ince again via corrupt officials and on the black market.
I've set the gofundme page to reach £2000 but if we can raise more than this I know Salma and her family will be able to survive for 12 months. They will be able to use the money to also try and rebuild their lives, please read what i have written on the go fund me page as this will give you an idea of what they face, I have also put some pictures up and a video which Mohamed sent to me.
