Terribly sad news.

Marie was a founding member of our community group, she had endless enthusiasm and was always someone to go to for advice. She will be dearly missed throughout the parish and beyond.

RIP Marie and condolences to the O’Hagan family. 🙏🏻

We are now starting our 10 weekly walks this coming Sunday.

Due to storm damage to Iniscarn Forest we have had to adjust our planned route.

Great to see confirmed numbers already. If anyone else fancies joining in, please get in touch.

Commencing on Sunday 26th January, we invite you to join us for a 10 week programme of weekly walks here at Iniscarn Forest, Desertmartin in conjunction with Sport NI and Mid Ulster District Council.

Come alone or as part of a group, you will be able to explore our stunning woodlands and enjoy some light hearted social interaction.

This programme is completely free of charge and you will be guided throughout.

Each walk will last approximately 1 hour.

All ages and abilities welcome.

Location: Meeting at the Carpark inside the forest next to the play park.

We have been advised by Mid Ulster District Council to postpone our guided woodland walk for a week due to the weather forecast for the next few days.

We’ll now get going Sunday 2nd of February.
