🎄 Next Club Meeting – Roving Supper 🎄

Join us tomorrow night at 8pm for our annual Roving Supper!

This year, instead of the usual £2 entry, we’re asking members to bring an item donation to support The Link Foodbank, Maghera,
helping families during the Christmas period.

Good food, good company, and a great cause — we hope to see you there ❤️

Strike after strike! 🎳

Our Young Farmers recently headed to the Jet Centre for a bowling night full of laughs, friendly competition, and good company.

Of course the night was then wrapped up the only way we know how… a traditional McDonald’s run! 🍟✨

From strikes to some very questionable techniques, it’s safe to say the lanes kept us entertained all night 😆🎳

🌍 Curragh YFC Sustainability Pledge 2025 🌿

This year, we are proud to introduce our sustainability pledge using the acronym C.U.R.R.A.G.H. We will be outlining how we implement each commitment throughout the year as part of our ongoing effort to protect our environment. 💚

♻️ C – Choose Reusable Options
We are increasing the use of reusable bottles, cups, bags, and containers across our club activities.

🌱 U – Use Less Energy
We aim to reduce our overall energy consumption through mindful daily practices and efficient use of resources.

🚮 R – Reduce Waste
Our focus is on minimising food waste and choosing products with reduced or sustainable packaging.

🔁 R – Recycle Right
We are committed to improving recycling habits by following correct local recycling guidelines.

🐾 A – Avoid Unnecessary Car Journeys
We encourage walking, cycling, carsharing, and planning journeys responsibly to reduce fuel use.

🔌 G – Give Old Items a New Life
We support repairing, repurposing, and donating items to extend their lifespan and reduce landfill waste.

💧 H – Honour the Environment
We will continue engaging in environmental stewardship through clean-ups and responsible use of local outdoor spaces.

💚 Together, these actions reflect our dedication to sustainability and our responsibility to our community and environment.
