Machynlleth Rotary Club Machynlleth Rotary Club meet at the White Lion at 7pm on the first Tuesday of each month.

Your walking number, your ticket to everything.

These will be waiting for you at your registration point along with safety pins to attach it. We suggest you attach your number to your rucksack so that it’s easily visible and not hidden under a waterproof or extra warm layer that you may have put on during the walk.

Only people with a walking number will be allowed out onto the route, and into all our checkpoints which are sterile areas for participants only.

We are incredibly passionate about our event and won’t be shy in having conversations with anyone out there without a walking number.
Be proactive and help us to keep RAWW manageable, safe and incredibly unique to those whose day it is.

If you’re on a waiting list keep checking your emails. With the event fast approaching there are currently daily invites which all have a 24 hour reply window. Once the 24 hours window expires the invite bounces to the next person on the waiting list.

⭐️ When we receive cancellations, spaces become available and we invite people to upgrade from a waiting list entry to a full entry.

⭐️ If we're offering you a place, follow the link in the email (from SiEntries) and complete the payment process
⭐️ Places are given subject to you completing the payment process before the Invite Expiry Date.
⭐️ If you don't respond in time, the invite will flip to someone else.

As we get closer, some of you may want to tweak your distance for a variety of reasons.

And at Team RAWW we operate a queuing system, which basically means if you skip out of one distance, you’ll go to the back of the queue of your new distance. And that could mean the back of a waiting list which could put you out of the event all together.

This may seem unfair to you if you’re dropping down off the full event, but it would be extremely unfair to push someone off a Bite Size distance if that was their original choice.

Staylittle is full with its own waiting list, and Aberhafesp is nearly full with entries still flowing in.

Have a good think before you skip out of a queue.
