From seed to harvest at St Peter’s! 🌱

Sown back in March, carefully watered through the summer heatwave and now finally ready to harvest!💧

Dougie, Stevie and Andy have been busy picking tomatoes and pears, showing just how much care and patience can go into growing your own food. ❤️

Now comes the fun part… what to make with the harvest?

🍅 Fresh tomato soup or homemade pasta sauce?
🍐 A delicious pear crumble or poached pears?
🍅🍐 Or perhaps something a little more adventurous?

There’s nothing quite like enjoying the fruits (and vegetables!) freshly picked.

Well done everyone 🌱

💙 What could 1% do?

When you think about writing your Will, the people you love naturally come first.

But what if just 1% could leave a lasting legacy?

By leaving 1% of your estate to The Rossendale Trust, the other 99% can still go to your family, friends and the people who matter most to you! - While your 1% could help us continue supporting adults with learning disabilities for generations to come.

Your gift could help create new opportunities, provide meaningful activities, improve our facilities and, most importantly, help the people we support to live full, happy and independent lives.

You don’t have to leave a large gift to make a difference. Sometimes, a small percentage can have an incredible impact. 💙

99% for those you love.
1% to leave a lasting legacy.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more about leaving a gift in your Will, answering some common questions and showing just how much a legacy gift could mean to The Rossendale Trust.
