Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to accept any donations at our event at Lydney Community Centre on May 30th.

Please come along and take whatever you need, you do not need to exchange.
EVERYTHING IS FREE!!

We are very sad that this will be our last event at the Community Centre, particularly as we have found it to be a very popular location.
Keep following us here for news about our next event in July at Ta**us Crafts!

A huge thanks again to Emma Kemsley and Pearl Biddle for there huge kindness in letting us put our new Storage container on their land and to the Forest of Dean Climate Action Partnership (FODCAP) for funding everything! We are over the moon!😊

🎉 Exciting news! 🎉

📣 We now have our very own storage container! 🤩

👏We have to say some absolutely amazing thanks to (Forest of Dean Climate Area Partnership) for helping us get the unit by providing funds and paying for the unit and delivery. You have been so incredibly helpful and supportive, a huge thankyou from us all (especially to Piers Cardiff).🙏

To Emma Kemsley and Pearl Biddle in allowing us to put our storage container on your land, none of this would be possible without you, thankyou so much, we appreciate your kindness and support for our community organisation, this means a lot to us all. 💖

Another huge thanks to Reecer Group Ltd for the most amazing reused storage container. You have selected the best container you have for our use and we thankyou so much for this.

To A1 for delivery of the storage container and managing the delivery.

Thanks to everyone involved in this massive process for us, to all our volunteers including Steve Stockham who organised most of the delivery, Kelly Winstone for all you are doing with the shelving, boxes etc, you’re an absolute star, to all other members including Caroline, Vickie, Angela and even Annie who has now moved to Hove! We all work so hard together and this would not be possible without the help and support all volunteers bring. 💖

This is going to make a massive difference to us, because we won’t be having any money issues again to continue in Lydney, previously we have had to fundraise. 🤩🎉

Our next hurdles are to get more storage, hopefully in Coleford and Cinderford, so please get in touch if you are a business, organisation, charity or person that can help with any aspect of this.

Again a huge thanks to everyone involved! 💚

⭐️Our last Forest Exchange Event at Lydney Community Centre!⭐️

Come along and see what you might find, everything is free, we are a face to face freecycle and have items such as, clothes, toys, books and household items. 🧸👕🥣📕

We are a volunteer led grassroots community project enabling a sustainable future for everyone. Through community events across the Forest of Dean, we promote the principles of inclusive, supportive and sustainable living, where we help each other. ♻️

We are sad to not be holding events at Lydney Community Centre anymore, as it’s in the heart of the Lydney community and we know so many people have really benefited from this greatly, we thank the community centre for their support over the years as this being our first wonderful venue, we have so many great memories. 💖

There is free parking available in the community centre carpark and disabled spaces too. The access to the centre is open and flat with no accessible issues. ♿️ We always allow access for those whith disability aids, half an hour prior to the event.

👕If you have any donations please bring them along on the day or get in touch in advance.
