Prep for the 2026 Latheron Show is well underway. So get the date in your diary Saturday 11th July 2026. You won't want to miss what we have instore for this year... 🎉🎪🏞

First up, we've now opened our bookings for the Craft Marquee. Same format as last year in our huge floored Marquee with lots of space. Please email our craft convenor for a booking form, return it and we'll get you booked in. Any questions give us a shout via pm or email...

🎉What a night!🏆An incredible 180 of you came along to The Portland Hotel, Lybster to help us celebrate and close out our 100th show!

We are so grateful to each an every one of you for supporting our show and our prizegiving after what has been an amazing, action packed and record breaking year.

We would be here all night thanking everyone individually but special thanks must go to The Portland Arms Hotel Lybster, who worked their socks off on Saturday and before. A beautiful meal, lovely venue, fab service and nothing was too much for them so a big thankyou to Jeff, Sam, Ian, Wayne and all the team.. 🥰🍽🍻 We've received so many great comments and compliments so thank you all.

We also want to extend a huge thanks to our brilliant guest speaker Ewan Mackenzie & lovely wife Sandra for coming along and helping us celebrate our special night. Ewans poignant words highlighted the wonderful work of the committee, the support from the farming and rural communities, the record breaking attendance and the shows forward thinking while holding onto its identity and roots. We cannot thankyou enough Ewan. 🚜🍾

Another star of the night was the amazing Lisa.Douglas, 🤩 who went above and beyond to entertain us all night. You warmed up the crowd and filled the dance floor the whole night. Brilliant as always, until next time Lisa Douglas 💃🎤

Thankyou also to all the exhibitors, winners and their families who joined us to collect their prizes and are already talking about next year's show. What a cracking night. 🏆🎉

Can all last year's Latheron Show prizewinners please return their trophies & shields to GMcBeaths Jewellers in Thurso asap please. This will allow us to get the engraving done in time for our prizegiving on Saturday 8th November.

Tickets are now onsale via our website and link is on our page.
