We host and provide learning opportunities for all focusing on Heritage, Environment, and the Arts. Our unique learning centre includes a Georgian Schoolhouse and a cafe/activity space with an oak tree in its centre!

Treasures from the archive yesterday - a school register from 1851 when Cotesbach Schoolhouse was operational for children of Cotesbach and surrounding villages. The register lists excuses for absences including ‘to assist her mother at work’....how times have changed! A wonderful catalogue of infant teaching materials from 1889 shows how some things remain the same, placing great emphasis on play and creativity, values we’re placing at the forefront of our planning as we develop our offering for children’s education for 2027…watch this space!
