Back from a lovely day in Gloucester Quays such a shame the weather was awful.
We even had our name on the coach .
Thanks to all who came with us today and thanks also to our driver Mark (Catteralls Coaches) for a safe journey.

We would like to wish all of clients, customers and supporters a very Happy Easter!

And remind you that our shop will be closed for the Bank Holidays - Good Friday and Easter Monday. Also we will NOT be running our normal seated exercise and Friday Boogie classes due to the bank holiday.

Our shop will be open on Sat as normal - 4th April.
