This year's Mental Health Awareness Week, runs 11th -17th May, we think it's important to help people to take action to support good mental health. Even small actions can help us, or others, feel hopeful and less powerless.

Sport England and the charity Mind have provided excellent resources and guidance aimed specifically at supporting sports and activity providers in helping participants maintain or improve their mental health.
