The Explorers took over at Lea Air scouts and ran the evening making penny burners and then played a game of Nigel said!!
Thanks to Lea for allowing us to run the evening and introduce the scouts to what we do at Explorers.

Started off the evening by learning about carbon monoxide poisoning, by a way of an investigation.
Then went on to paint a VE Day canvas and learn a little bit about VE Day.
Then onto designing something we are going to build over this term!

Quiz night tonight and well done Steve for coming first!
A sad night where we had to say goodbye to another explorer, who turns 18 soon. He enjoyed his birthday cheesecake and campfire donuts. Good luck with everything you do in the future.

Cooking is a great and even better when done on a fire!
The Explorers are becoming great cooks on Trangias and the fire, Jacket potatoes, eggy bread and campfire donuts were made….Yum ⚜️

How to do a presentation was what the Explorers done this evening, with Nigel giving a presentation on one of his favourite subjects Star Wars.
After that we celebrated 2 upcoming 18th birthdays, Shaun and Jake. Good luck in the future with whatever you both decide to do. Finishing off with a very heated game of Luton Monopoly. ⚜️

It was party games at Explorers, from stacking bolts using sticks, to tic tak toe ball and cup style. Then back by demand, glow stick, balloon dodgeball. A fun night!
