redMV CIC is a non-profit organisation who provides event management training and works with young people to expand their skillset in the areas of media and performing arts. Steering away from the conventional business school approach, our event management training course has entrepreneurship at its heart. We teach the skills required for the production of creative events, so our students will be
primed to add value in society, the community and in public organisations. We also organise a variety of community-focused events and projects for young people that support and promote local talent, as well as developing a number of key diversionary programmes for young people at risk and those which are hard to engage. Each event has young people at the centre of its development and ensures that they are involved in each stage of the process, developing their self-esteem, confidence, aspirations and gain the necessary skills needed to access higher education and employment.
